Return Policy for Food Products

Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, email our customer support team at gochasbreakfastbar@gmail.com. Please provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Contact details
    • A picture of the return item
    • Reason for return
  1. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will review it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with a return shipping address.

Return Resolution:

Damaged Upon Delivery:

Return Policy for Non-Food Items 

Shirt Returns:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for shirt purchases. Please carefully review the product details before making your purchase to ensure you select the correct size.

Mug Returns:

  • We accept returns for mugs under the following conditions:
    • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your mug arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the damaged mug at no additional cost to you.

Return Process for Damaged Mugs:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return for a damaged mug, please email our customer support team at gochasbreakfastbar@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Contact details
    • A picture of the damaged mug
  1. Replacement: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement for the damaged mug. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.

Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns for mugs other than in cases where the item arrives broken or damaged.
